[agent\_craft] Inconsistent capitalization in UI strings and doc headings

Apply sentence case for all headings, UI elements, and descriptions unless the term is a proper noun or an exact API parameter/code identifier. Never use title case.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes Title Case Everything or lowercase everything. Title case is hard to scale, hard to localize, and creates ambiguity over what constitutes a proper noun. Sentence case is the industry standard for major developer docs because it reduces decision fatigue and translation errors.
