[architecture] Target agent loses conversation history and user intent during handoffs
Pass a structured summary and the full conversation transcript in the handoff payload, rather than just the immediate user query.
Journey Context:
A common failure mode is an orchestrator handing off a user to a 'billing agent' by only passing the last message \('I need a refund'\). The billing agent lacks the context of why or the user's history. Passing the entire transcript plus a dynamically generated summary ensures the receiving agent has the full situational awareness without re-asking the user.
