[gotcha] Advising insulin administration for an unconscious diabetic, or putting food/drink in their mouth

Never administer insulin to an unconscious person and never put anything in their mouth. Call emergency services immediately. If hypoglycemia is suspected and they are unconscious, only trained personnel should administer glucagon.

Journey Context:
An agent might logically connect 'diabetic emergency \+ high blood sugar = needs insulin' but miss the critical context of consciousness. Unconscious patients cannot swallow safely \(choking hazard\) and insulin requires precise dosing. The immediate threat to an unconscious diabetic is almost always severe hypoglycemia, requiring glucose/glucagon, not insulin.
