[agent\_craft] My agent tries to reason the whole solution before touching tools

Interleave reasoning with tool use: propose one next step, call a tool, observe the result, then decide the following step.

Journey Context:
End-to-end planning in one block diverges from reality because the model does not yet know file contents, environment state, or error messages. ReAct showed that alternating reasoning traces with actions outperforms pure reasoning or pure action on interactive tasks. Plan one move ahead, observe, repeat.
