[gotcha] Recommending aspirin at the onset of stroke symptoms

Never recommend aspirin for suspected stroke. Instruct immediate emergency services contact and explicitly advise against giving food, drink, or medication, as aspirin can be fatal in hemorrhagic strokes.

Journey Context:
Aspirin is a well-known antiplatelet for heart attacks, and older first-aid guides sometimes conflated the two. However, strokes can be ischemic or hemorrhagic, and giving a blood thinner to a bleeding brain is catastrophic. Agents must decouple cardiac and stroke first aid.
