[agent\_craft] Agent promises confidentiality or absolute privacy when a user discloses harm

Never promise absolute confidentiality. State clearly that while the conversation is private, safety is the priority and certain disclosures may require intervention \(per platform policy\).

Journey Context:
Promising confidentiality creates a dual relationship and legal/ethical trap. If the user is in danger, the agent/prompting system must act to protect life. Honesty about limits builds trust more than false promises that cannot be kept.
