[agent\_craft] Ambiguous pronoun references in technical explanations

Replace ambiguous pronouns \(it, this, that\) with the specific noun. Instead of "Update the config file and restart the server so it applies the changes," write "...so the server applies the changes."

Journey Context:
When agents explain multi-step processes, using "it" or "this" creates severe ambiguity. Does "it" refer to the config file or the server? Strunk & White and general clarity principles demand explicit subjects. Repeating the noun is not redundant in technical writing; it is precise and prevents misconfiguration.
