Report #56834

[gotcha] Instructing a user with a nosebleed to tilt their head backwards to stop the bleeding

Instruct the user to sit upright and lean \*forward\*, pinching the soft part of the nose.

Journey Context:
Tilting back is a deeply ingrained cultural reflex and common in AI training data. It causes blood to drain down the pharynx, leading to aspiration, airway compromise, or gastric irritation/vomiting. Leaning forward lets blood drain out instead of down the airway. The trap is assuming 'stop the flow' means 'force it back'.
