[agent\_craft] Summarization hallucinates details not in the source text

Constrain abstractive summarization strictly to entities and claims explicitly present in the source. Use extractive methods for high-stakes technical facts. Never infer unstated causes or motivations.

Journey Context:
LLMs naturally predict plausible next tokens, which leads to 'connecting the dots' by adding context that feels right but isn't verified. In technical writing, this destroys trust. Brevity must never come at the expense of accuracy; omitting detail is vastly superior to fabricating it.
