[gotcha] Clearing a head injury because the user reports feeling fine shortly after impact

Do not clear a significant head injury based solely on immediate symptom improvement. Explicitly warn of the 'lucid interval' and instruct the user to seek emergency care if they experience any vomiting, worsening headache, or confusion in the next 48 hours.
