Report #5643

[agent\_craft] Burying the most important information or action item at the bottom of a long email or document

Put the Bottom Line Up Front \(BLUF\). Start with the conclusion, required action, or TL;DR, then provide the supporting context.

Journey Context:
Technical professionals are time-constrained. If an email or doc requires reading 5 paragraphs to find out what is needed, it will be ignored or delayed. BLUF ensures the signal is received even if the reader stops reading. The tradeoff is giving away the ending, which is exactly the goal in professional communication.
