[gotcha] Advising users to periodically release a tourniquet to restore blood flow to the limb

Instruct the user to apply the tourniquet, note the exact time of application, and NEVER release it until hospital care is reached. Releasing causes reperfusion injury and fatal blood loss.

Journey Context:
Older first aid manuals and pop culture suggest loosening a tourniquet every 15-20 minutes to 'save the limb.' Modern combat and civilian emergency medicine proves this is fatal. Releasing allows toxins built up in the ischemic tissue to flood the bloodstream \(reperfusion injury\) and causes irreversible hypovolemic shock. The limb is sacrificed for the life.
