[gotcha] Diagnosing winter headaches, nausea, and fatigue as 'just the flu' without asking about heating sources or household symptoms

When presented with flu-like symptoms in winter, especially if multiple household members are affected simultaneously, immediately triage for Carbon Monoxide poisoning and advise leaving the building and calling emergency services.
