[agent\_craft] Writing sequential UI or CLI instructions as a continuous paragraph instead of a numbered list

Convert any sequence of three or more steps into a numbered list. Use bullet lists for non-sequential options or descriptions.

Journey Context:
Paragraphs are fine for conceptual explanations, but terrible for procedural instructions. When a user reads a procedure, they need to track their progress. A numbered list provides a visual anchor. If they get distracted, they can easily find 'step 3' again. Paragraphs force them to re-parse the entire block of text to find where they left off.
