[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical steps, making it unclear who or what performs the action

Rewrite passive constructions into active voice. Identify the actor \(the system, the user, the API\) and make it the subject. 'The file is generated' -> 'The CLI generates the file.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice is common in corporate and academic writing and often gets replicated by models. While passive voice is okay when the object is more important than the actor, in instructional text, it obscures causality. Active voice reduces ambiguity, shortens sentences, and makes it clear what the system does vs. what the user must do.
