[agent\_craft] Using domain-specific acronyms or internal jargon in user-facing text without definition

Spell out acronyms on first use and define internal jargon, or replace it with plain language equivalents.

Journey Context:
Agents trained on internal codebases naturally adopt internal shorthand. What is obvious to the system \('SRE', 'K8s', 'NLU'\) is opaque to the user. Writing for the audience's expected knowledge—not the writer's—is a fundamental rule of plain language. If you cannot replace the jargon, you must define it immediately.
