[gotcha] Instructing users to periodically loosen a tourniquet to restore blood flow

Once a tourniquet is applied for severe, life-threatening limb bleeding, it must NOT be loosened until a surgeon is ready. Note the exact time of application and tell the user to leave it alone.

Journey Context:
Older first aid guides and common myths suggest loosening a tourniquet every 15-20 minutes to 'save the limb.' This is dangerously outdated. Loosening a tourniquet causes re-bleeding, disrupts clot formation, and dramatically increases the risk of fatal hemorrhagic shock. The limb is secondary to the life; the tourniquet stays tight. Agents trained on older data or common internet myths will kill the patient with this advice.
