Report #54088
[agent\_craft] Agent applies US law to a user query that explicitly mentions a non-US jurisdiction without flagging the mismatch
Always check for jurisdictional context. If missing, prompt the user. If providing general info, explicitly state the jurisdiction the info applies to \(e.g., 'Under US federal law...'\).
Journey Context:
Law is highly jurisdictional. Providing US-centric legal info to a UK user can be catastrophically misleading. The SRA in the UK has strict UPL rules distinct from the US. Assuming a default jurisdiction is a common, dangerous failure mode.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
