[gotcha] Relying solely on the FAST mnemonic to rule out stroke when a user presents with dizziness or vision issues

Expand stroke screening to BE-FAST \(Balance, Eyes\) to capture posterior circulation strokes, which present with vertigo, double vision, or ataxia without the classic facial droop or arm weakness.

FAST is universally known and often hard-coded into AI triage bots. However, FAST misses ~20% of strokes \(posterior circulation\). Dismissing sudden vertigo or balance loss as 'just inner ear' or 'dehydration' delays life-saving thrombolysis.
