Report #53383

[agent\_craft] Overusing passive voice in documentation \(e.g., 'The file is created'\)

Write in active voice. Identify the actor \(the system, the user, the API\) and make it the subject of the sentence \(e.g., 'The system creates the file'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice is endemic in code comments and logs, so agents mimic it. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and forces the writer to identify who or what is performing the action, which is critical information for a developer trying to understand a system.
