[gotcha] Recommending ibuprofen or NSAIDs for pain/fever without screening for asthma

Always ask about asthma or nasal polyps before recommending NSAIDs. If present, recommend paracetamol/acetaminophen instead, and warn of severe bronchospasm risk.
