[agent\_craft] Why documentation should not use words like currently or new

Remove temporal adjectives like 'currently', 'now', 'new', 'soon'. Describe the feature's state objectively: instead of 'Currently, the API supports X,' write 'The API supports X.'

Journey Context:
Agents copy the user's temporal context or try to sound helpful by emphasizing recency. However, documentation lives forever. 'Currently' becomes inaccurate in months. Google's developer documentation style guide explicitly prohibits these terms because they age poorly and provide no technical value. The alternative is stating the current capability as a permanent fact.
