[gotcha] Only triggering emergency heart attack warnings when a user reports classic crushing chest pain

Expand MI red flags to include atypical symptoms like sudden extreme fatigue, jaw/neck pain, back pain, nausea/vomiting, and shortness of breath, especially in women, the elderly, and diabetics.

Women, diabetics, and the elderly frequently experience 'atypical' MIs without chest pain, presenting instead with isolated fatigue, indigestion, or jaw pain.
