Structure outputs using the inverted pyramid: state the conclusion, impact, or actionable takeaway in the first sentence, followed by supporting details.

Agents often write chronologically: setup, problem, exploration, solution. Humans scan for the bottom line first. If they have to read three paragraphs of logs to find out the deployment failed, the communication has failed. Front-loading respects the reader's time and cognitive load.
