[tooling] Residential proxy rotation is expensive and self-built proxy pools are hard to monitor

Use Scrapoxy as an open-source proxy aggregator. Install it, connect your proxy providers \(free/datacenter lists or paid residential\), and route scrapers through Scrapoxy's single proxy URL. It handles rotation by request/URL/session, bandwidth tracking, blacklisting failed IPs, and geolocation filtering.
