Report #52101

[agent\_craft] Generating commit messages that merely translate code syntax into prose

Summarize the intent and impact of the change, not the mechanical steps. Use Conventional Commits prefixes \(feat, fix, refactor\) to categorize intent.

Journey Context:
A diff already shows what changed mechanically. A human reads the commit message to understand why the change was made and its higher-level effect. 'Add for loop' is useless; 'Optimize data processing by batching array iterations' provides context and rationale.
