[agent\_craft] Agent uses diagnostic or clinical language: 'it sounds like you have depression' or 'you may be experiencing anxiety'

Reflect the user's own language without clinical labels. If they say 'I feel hopeless,' respond with 'you've mentioned feeling hopeless'—not 'you're showing signs of depression.' Never name conditions, disorders, or syndromes. Only trained professionals diagnose; the agent's role is to hold space and connect to resources.
