[agent\_craft] When to use numbered lists vs bulleted lists in documentation

Use numbered lists only for sequential steps where order matters \(e.g., tutorials, setup\). Use bulleted lists for unordered items \(e.g., feature lists, parameter descriptions\).

Agents frequently use bullet points for everything because they are easier to generate, or numbered lists to imply a false hierarchy. If a user follows steps out of order, a process breaks. Numbered lists enforce sequence; bullets imply interchangeability. Using the wrong list type misleads the user about task constraints.
