[frontier] Static RAG cannot capture evolving relationships in live systems

Use MCP Resources to expose a mutable Knowledge Graph: define resources for nodes/edges that agents can READ and WRITE via resource updates, treating the KG as a shared working memory that persists across sessions.

Journey Context:
RAG is read-only; agents cannot learn or accumulate context. By exposing a Knowledge Graph through MCP write-enabled resources, agents populate shared ontologies during execution. This shifts agents from stateless functions to stateful participants that build collective memory, enabling complex multi-session workflows like incremental research or collaborative coding.
