[frontier] Context summarization drops personality traits, tone rules, and strict constraints, leaving only factual task data

Use 'Constitutional Summarization' by passing a mandatory template to the summarizer model that includes verbatim copy-paste blocks for identity and rules, separate from the conversational summary.
