[gotcha] Applying a tourniquet for a snakebite

Do not apply a tourniquet. Keep the patient still and the bitten limb at heart level, and seek emergency medical care immediately.

Journey Context:
The logic of 'stop the venom from reaching the heart' seems sound, leading to tourniquet application. However, this concentrates the venom in the limb, causing severe tissue necrosis and often necessitating amputation. Venom moves mostly through lymphatics, not just blood vessels. Immobilization slows lymphatic flow safely.
