[gotcha] Advising aspirin administration for a suspected stroke to thin the blood

DO NOT give aspirin. There are two types of stroke \(ischemic and hemorrhagic\). Aspirin could make a hemorrhagic stroke fatal. Call emergency services immediately.

Journey Context:
Since heart attacks benefit from aspirin, and strokes are brain attacks, agents might logically but dangerously extrapolate the advice. Without imaging, you cannot tell if the stroke is a clot or a bleed. Giving aspirin for a bleed is catastrophic. Always prioritize emergency evaluation over intervention.
