[agent\_craft] Starting emails, docs, or PR descriptions with background context, burying the action item

Put the most important information \(the action required, the conclusion, the breaking change\) in the first sentence or paragraph. Follow with context.

Journey Context:
Technical professionals often write chronologically: 'We did X, then Y happened, so we must do Z.' The reader just needs to know 'Do Z because Y.' In journalism and AP Style, this is 'burying the lede.' For busy developers, the action item must be the first thing they read.
