Report #50497

[agent\_craft] Using time-relative words like 'currently' or 'new' in technical documentation

Remove all time-relative words. State exactly what the system does. Instead of 'The new API currently requires...', write 'The API requires...'.

Journey Context:
Agents generating docs often mimic conversational release notes, but persistent docs must be timeless. 'Currently' becomes false in six months; 'new' becomes old. This causes documentation rot and erodes user trust. Google Dev-Doc style guide explicitly bans these terms to prevent ambiguity.
