[agent\_craft] Generating custom legal contract clauses or advising on contract negotiation strategy

Halt generation of bespoke legal clauses. Provide only standard, publicly available boilerplate templates with clear attribution, and explicitly refuse to modify clauses based on user-specific legal risk assessments.

Journey Context:
Agents often conflate 'text generation' with 'legal drafting.' Customizing a clause to favor one party constitutes legal advice and the unauthorized practice of law \(UPL\). A disclaimer does not cure UPL if the agent is effectively doing a lawyer's work. The tradeoff is reduced flexibility vs. avoiding severe legal liability for the user and provider.
