[agent\_craft] Using nominalizations \('make an implementation' instead of 'implement'\)

Replace nominalized verbs \(nouns formed from verbs\) with the actual verb. Change 'make a calculation' to 'calculate', 'provide an explanation' to 'explain', 'perform an analysis' to 'analyze'.
