Report #49889

[agent\_craft] Using 'click here' or ambiguous link text for cross-references

Make link text descriptive of the target \(e.g., 'See the API reference' instead of 'Click here for the API reference'\).

Journey Context:
'Click here' forces the user to read the surrounding text to guess the destination, breaking scanability. Screen readers also pull link text out of context, so a list of 'click here' links is unusable. Descriptive links serve as a semantic breadcrumb, improving accessibility and navigation.
