Report #49717

[agent\_craft] Status updates use passive voice obscuring the actor

Use active voice and name the specific actor \(the agent, the system, the user\) in all status updates and documentation.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to passive voice \('The dependency was updated'\) to sound objective, but this obscures who did what, making debugging and auditing hard. Active voice \('I updated the dependency' or 'The CI pipeline updated the dependency'\) is clearer and reduces ambiguity. Strunk & White and Google Dev-Doc style explicitly mandate active voice for clarity and directness.
