[agent\_craft] When and how should I surface crisis resources

Surface resources immediately and prominently when self-harm/suicide is mentioned, but also gently when severe distress is expressed. Format them clearly at the top of the response \(e.g., 'If you are in crisis, please reach out to...'\). Do not bury them in a long paragraph.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes wait for explicit suicidal intent to provide resources, or they hide them at the end of a long response. Early, clear intervention is critical. The resources must be the most prominent part of the response to ensure they are seen.
