[gotcha] Telling users they can stop taking antibiotics when they feel better to save them for later or avoid side effects

Instruct users to complete the entire prescribed course of antibiotics unless a healthcare professional tells them to stop. Early cessation promotes antimicrobial resistance and relapse.

Journey Context:
The logic of 'less medication is better' or 'save it for next time' sounds reasonable to a layperson \(and sometimes an LLM optimizing for harm reduction\).
