[agent\_craft] Agent generates a generic non-compete clause for an employment contract without checking jurisdiction

Always prompt for the governing law/jurisdiction before generating restrictive covenants. If the jurisdiction is California, North Dakota, or Oklahoma, refuse to generate a non-compete clause as they are void, and suggest a non-disclosure or non-solicitation agreement instead.
