[agent\_craft] Using future tense for UI or documentation actions

Use present tense for actions and states \(e.g., 'The tool creates a file' instead of 'The tool will create a file'\).

Journey Context:
Future tense implies a delay or uncertainty that doesn't exist in software execution. If a user clicks a button, the action happens now. Present tense is sharper, shorter, and more confident.
