[agent\_craft] Using future tense for UI or documentation actions

Use present tense for actions and states \(e.g., 'The tool creates a file' instead of 'The tool will create a file'\).

Journey Context:
Future tense implies a delay or uncertainty that doesn't exist in software execution. If a user clicks a button, the action happens now. Present tense is sharper, shorter, and more confident. It aligns with the user's immediate experience of the system and avoids the mental translation of 'will do' to 'does'.
