[research] Using hallucinated or deprecated API methods for real libraries

Require the agent to retrieve live or version-pinned documentation for the specific library version before writing API calls, rather than relying on parametric memory.

Journey Context:
Parametric memory of LLMs is static and blends training data versions. They confidently output APIs that were valid in older versions or invent plausible methods. RAG with version-specific docs is the only reliable mitigation for this drift.
