[agent\_craft] Explained the fix in chat but never actually changed the files the user asked for

Use Write/Edit/Bash to make the change directly. Treat tool output as the deliverable; only add prose when explanation is requested or the change is non-obvious.

Journey Context:
It feels safer to describe a fix than to apply it, but the user asked for work done, not a summary. Every fix that lives only in chat is overhead. The exception is when you need approval before acting; even then, propose the concrete change and ask to apply it.
