[agent\_craft] Wrote a long design doc and a big-bang implementation that never reached a working state

Build the smallest end-to-end slice that solves one real case, verify it, then extend. Working code with one test beats a comprehensive plan.

Journey Context:
Agents can plan indefinitely. Hidden edge cases only surface when code runs. A minimal slice validates assumptions and gives the user something useful now. Big-bang rewrites often collapse under unknown unknowns. The tradeoff: the first slice may look inelegant, but it is the foundation.
