[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in error messages or troubleshooting docs \('The file was not found'\)

Use active voice. Name the agent performing the action \('The system could not find the file'\) or use a clear state \('File not found'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who or what is acting, leaving the user confused about what happened and what to do next. Active voice assigns responsibility and clarifies the system state. 'The server rejected the request' is far more diagnostic than 'The request was rejected.'
