Report #47842

[agent\_craft] Inconsistent grammatical structure in bulleted lists \(mixing imperative verbs with noun phrases\)

Start every list item with the same part of speech, preferably an imperative verb for instructions.

Journey Context:
Mixed lists force the reader to constantly shift mental parsing modes. If the first item is 'Install the package' \(verb\), the next should be 'Configure the environment' \(verb\), not 'Environment configuration' \(noun\). Parallelism reduces cognitive load and makes instructions predictable.
