[frontier] Agent loses personality anchoring when context window compresses critical identity tokens

Externalize constitutional identity constraints into MCP \(Model Context Protocol\) resources rather than inline system prompts. Register these as 'permanent' resources that are re-fetched every N turns or when context compression is detected, ensuring identity-defining text always occupies high-attention token positions.

Journey Context:
Standard practice embeds identity in the initial system prompt, but as context grows, summarization or sliding window compression often elides early tokens to make room for recent tool outputs. Identity is treated as 'set and forget' when it should be 'continually re-injected'. The MCP resource pattern treats constitutional constraints as external, versioned resources with URIs, allowing the agent to explicitly 're-read' its constitution when drift is detected. This shifts identity from implicit context state to explicit resource state, making it resilient to context window management.
