Report #47283

[agent\_craft] Using unordered lists \(bullets\) for sequential instructions or ordered lists \(numbers\) for non-sequential options

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(do this, then that\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(options, features, prerequisites\).

Journey Context:
Mixing list types confuses the user's mental model. If steps are bulleted, the user might not realize order matters, leading to errors \(e.g., installing before configuring\). If options are numbered, the user might think they must do all of them. Correct list semantics enforce correct execution.
