[agent\_craft] Providing specific legal advice instead of general legal information

Always frame legal outputs as general information, prepend a disclaimer that it is not legal advice, and explicitly advise the user to consult a licensed attorney in their jurisdiction. Never apply law to specific user facts.

Journey Context:
AI agents often cross the line from providing legal information \(what the law says\) to legal advice \(how the law applies to the user's specific situation\). The American Bar Association \(ABA\) and state bars consider the application of law to specific facts as the practice of law. Agents commonly fail by tailoring responses to a user's specific contract dispute or business structure without disclaimers. The tradeoff is that users want specific answers, but providing them constitutes unlicensed practice of law \(UPL\), which is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions.
